Refund / Terms of Purchase Policy

Xbrider Digital (hereinafter “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to delivering high-quality outsourced digital marketing services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms:
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any of our digital marketing services. This includes, but is not limited to, consulting, strategy development, content creation, advertising management, and other marketing services. We encourage you to review our services carefully before making a purchase.
Payment Terms
All payments for our services must be made upfront unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the agreement provided at the time of purchase.
Service Delivery
We will deliver our services as outlined in the agreement between you and Xbrider Digital. Any timelines or milestones will be specified in the agreement. We strive to meet all deadlines and deliver high-quality work. If you have any concerns during the service period, please contact us immediately to address the issue.
Cancellation Policy
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel future services by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Please note that any payments made prior to the cancellation notice will not be refunded.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be governed by the laws of Canada. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.
